My Wonder Piece is the right gateway for all Lebanese artists, designers and freelancers to promote their piece of art, which leads to a successful online sale.

Where is the location of My Wonder Piece?

It is everywhere since it is an online business. However, the company is founded and registered in Lebanon on July 2014. The full contact information is provided in the header and the footer of each page of this website.

Do I need to register to buy a product?

Yes, registration is required to buy a product. A correct address is required to facilitate the shipment process. You can also sign in by Facebook account which will simplify entering data.

How can I change my info?

After signing in to the website, you can click either on your email address displayed at the header or click on “My Account” in the main menu.

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

Click on the “Forgot Password” at the “Log in” page. Insert your email and click on “Recover”. An automatic email will be sent to your email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How can I manage newsletter subscription?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at time. Since we want you to stay tuned with our news and offers, we suggest you to keep your newsletter subscription active. To unsubscribe from the newsletter you can either click on the unsubscribe link you receive at the bottom of your newsletter or go to your account and uncheck the “I want to receive newsletters” at the “Options” section in the “Personal Information” tab.

How do I confirm my order?

There are several ways to make sure that your order is in place.

  • By calling +961 70 444370 from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm Beirut, Lebanon time.
  • By sending a message from the “Support” page.
  • By live chat at the right bottom of the website.

Are there any coupons or discounts which can be applied to my order?

Sometimes, coupons or discounts are issued based on the designer/artists wish. You can use the coupons on the checkout page when placing an order.

What are the payment methods you have?

You should have a valid credit/debit card to have a successful purchase. Money order is also a payment option.

PayPal will be integrated it in future. Cash or bank cheques are not allowed.

Which currencies I can pay?

The website accepts only US dollars and Euro. Your credit card will be charged in USD under the name MYWONDERPIECE in your credit card statement.

What if I want to see the product before I buy?

Being an online store, it is not possible to check and see the product before any purchase.

Is the payment system secured in your website?

We use the payment gateway of Bank Audi, which is a highly secured payment system known in Lebanon and in MENA region. When a payment is being processed, you will be redirected to the Bank Audi’s secured page, where you can check the SSL and HTTPS at the header of your browser.

Is my information on your website shared with third parties?

Not at all. We respect and value the privacy of all our customers in our website. We only collect customer information in order to communicate with you regarding to your orders. We assure that we do not sell or give out your personal information to third parties. All newsletters and promotional e-mails we send to you have an easy unsubscribe feature allowing you to remove your e-mail address from our mailing list.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

It will take 3-5 business days to deliver an order within Lebanon via Aramex. It usually takes maximum 10 days to ship to the Middle East region and 15 days worldwide.

Are all delivery charges, taxes, customs clearance and import duties included in the item price?

The price does not include any one of them. However, the shipment company will take care of them and will let you posted by providing a detailed report.

Can I track my order status?

Yes, just login to your account and go to “Orders” and check the status.

Can I cancel an order?

An order can be canceled before the order is shipped from the warehouse. If the order is canceled after shipment or when you get the order another shipment amount will be deducted from you. To cancel your order, please send an email to support@mywonderpiece.com

How can I get a refund when I cancel my order?

90% of the amount will be refunded directly to your credit card. Note that the refunded amount will be debited to your credit card and it could take from 10 to 15 business days.
